Internal Brute Forcer
Posted by rhican - Saturday September 16 @ 23:19
Cat: ComputerI wrote another tutorial. It's probably my last one. However I gave it the name:

How to defeat 70% of challenge site crackits - Internal Brute forcer

update 19/09: Minor changes/aditions were made.

It illustrates a fairly well known, but rarely documented, technique to defeat crackits without to much thinking.

It's intended to be an easy to folow, beginner tutorial.

Disclamer: the 70% claim is an indication, not a fact. The actual percentage may vary ;-)

Update: Thanks to community input, I made several changes and aditions, I even added a little counter so I can have an small idea if people like it. Do let me know what you think. (For those complaining about the colors, I made a highrescopy available too.)

Rhican.
